A group of legal eagles, perhaps?

It's been a while since we've been down in the vault to share another one of our random archive photos, so we thought we would dig up a new pic and see if any of our readers can help us fill in the missing pieces of information.

This one obviously came from the Queens Borough President's office while Claire Shulman was running the show around there. She's clearly presenting a proclamation to someone, presumably the blonde-haired lady on the right, but exactly what it says is illegible.

Most people won't have any trouble spotting Queens District Attorney Richard Brown in the shot. He's, of course, standing just to the left of Shulman.

And while we can't be 100 percent sure, we're pretty confident that the woman to the left of D.A. Brown is former assemblywoman Audrey Pheffer of south Queens. Pheffer served in the Assembly from 1987-2011, before leaving the post for her own job at Borough Hall. She was elected County Clerk of Queens in 2011.

If we had to take a guess, we would think that the other people in the photos are somehow involved in the legal profession, maybe even past or current employees of the Queens District Attorney's office. But that's just a wild guess.

If you can help us identify any of the other people in the photo, contact us at polposition@queensledger.com.
