Adam J. Mattauszek passed away on December 19, 2008 at the age of 61. He was the beloved husband of Bozena. Devoted father of Marta & Maciej also survived by 3 grandchildren. Service was offered at Hess-Miller Funeral Home . Interment was in All Faith’s Cemetery under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home 64-19 Metropolitan Ave. Middle Village, NY 11379
