After holding several sessions of open office hours on Saturdays in February and March at the Maspeth and Middle Village libraries, State Senator Joseph Addabbo, Jr. proves again his dedication to constituents in the northern part of his 15th Senate District with the imminent opening of a second district office in Middle Village.

The new office is located at 66-85 73rd Place, off the corner of Metropolitan Avenue, within the new LaRussa Dance Studio building. It has a street-level wheelchair-accessible entrance and is located just blocks from the post office and the library.

The lease has already been signed, and the new office is scheduled to open by the end of April. Addabbo plans to implement a 24-hour live operator telephone service like the one currently available through his Howard Beach office.

The opening of the satellite office comes after many months of requests from northern constituents regarding a more convenient location, he said.

“I am delighted to finally personally serve my northern constituents from a second office they can access more easily,” said Addabbo. “Once we’ve officially opened, residents can make appointments to visit with me or my staff to discuss issues that concern them.”
