Does anyone ever write about the cost to the people who throw their money away at the new Aqueduct Racino? You can be sure that you will find very few, if any, of the one-percent pushing the slot machine buttons.
Those rich people in the Far East are collecting the profits from the suckers who are throwing their money away and getting nothing in return. Talk about exporting jobs to China and India; New Yorkers are exporting their money to faraway places.
After they wait in the rain to get rid of their money, they'll run to Zuccotti Park and protest and wonder why they are part of the 99 percent who have to sleep in the park.
The millions that the state gets will have to come out of someone's pocket. The people whose pockets are picked get nothing in return.
