The annual Coffee and Tea Festival kept Brooklyn buzzing last weekend.

More than 75 exhibitors from around the world poured tastings of coffees and teas at the Brooklyn Expo Center in Greenpoint. Some products were simple and comforting while others were both daring and unique. From chai tea to lemon coffee (yes, lemon coffee), the Expo Center was packed with caffeine enthusiasts looking to find their perfect drink.

Featured exhibitors included Bad Girl Good Tea, Sunup Green Coffee, Teapigs, Harney & Sons, Toby’s Estate and Oh You, TEAse. To go along with the heaping cups of tea and coffee were vendors with samples of sweet treats like chocolate truffles from HB+M Chocolate Truffles, soft and decadent cookies from Bang Cookies, and the standout vendor Sweet Sam’s, who probably had every dessert imaginable available for attendees.

If you missed out on the Coffee and Tea Festival this time around, don’t worry. On Sunday, June 11, festival organizers will hold the first annual Coffee and Tea Festival NYC: Iced. Visit for more info.
