Third, the elevator is incomplete and leaves disabled riders to juggle the long and winding road to the mezzanine and steps to the platform due to a loophole of "feasibility" in the ADA requirements, which excludes full accessibility on physical grounds of the site.
Fourth, where is the environmental impact study showing the deleterious effect on the plant and animal ecosystem, as well as the increase in air pollution from the increased vehicular traffic?
