We first told you about New York Institute of Technology’s pitching phenom Nina Cesare three weeks ago, when she pitched a perfect game against Chestnut Hill. Well, Cesare was back to her old tricks this past week, hurling another perfecto as the Bears rolled over Bloomfield, 8-0. For her efforts, Cesare is now 14-7 on the season with a 2.49 ERA. As for the NYIT Bears as a team, well they’re not doing so bad themselves with a 30-17-1 record, and an ECC-best 9-1 mark in conference play.
