Street Gang - 46


An intense 17 & Under game on Wednesday ended in a 46-46 tie between Santino's Crew and Street Gang. The game could not go into overtime when regulation ended because of the failing light. It was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams were going point for point with each other. Leading Santino's Crew was Rudy Collins with 26 out of the team's 46 points. Leading Street Gang was Ricky Wahmam with 16 points.

In the 12 & Under Boys Division, HiLo Forklift beat Variety by a final score of 26-25. The high scorers for HiLo Forklift were Jonathan Ruiz with 14 points and Joshua Oltiz with four points. The high scorer for the losing team was Adam Leslie with nine points.

Street Gang - 38

Woodside - 32


In the 17 & Under Boys Division, Street Gang beat Woodside by a final score of 38-32. The high scorers for Street Gang were Robert Myers with 10 points and Jim Flynn with 11 points. The high scorer for the losing team was Andrew Calderon with 15 points. It was a tough game until Street Gang pulled away when Nicholas Ebert got hot.

In the 12 & Under Boys Division, Pro Met P.T. beat the Dragons by a final score of 36-21. It was the play of Alex LeBeau that was outstanding, providing plenty of scoring for Pro Met P.T. as they pulled away and never looked back. The high scorers for Pro Met P.T. were Martin Mierzejewski and Alex LeBeau, both with ten points. The high scorer for the losing team was Luca Tamer with nine points. Nathaniel Nickel also played great for Pro Met P.T.

American Classic Cakes – 19

In the 10 & Under Division, Amerian Classic Cakes beat Illustro Trading 19-17. The high scorers for the winning team were Altan Guventurk with eight and Kamil Wojtowicz with six. The high scorers for the losing team were Anjelica Rodriguez with eight and Ryananne Flannery with five. It was a close game all the way, but the American Classic Cakes pulled away with two very late baskets in the 4th quarter. Also contributing to the winning effort was Nino Radoncic with great passing.

Illustro Trading – 19

In the 10 & Under Division, Illustro Trading beat Terrano Taxes 19-17. The high scorers for the winning team were Anjelica Rodriguez with 12 and Danielle Mullan with four. The high scorers for the losing team were Matt Bianchi and Joseph Medina, both with five points. Terrano Taxes had an early three-basket lead after the first quarter, but by halftime that was cut to a one-basket lead. Terrano Taxes lost the lead in the 3rd quarter and were never able to get it back. The score was 17-17 with about five seconds left on the clock, when Anjelica Rodriguez made the winning shot. Also contributing to the winning effort was Ariana Palumbo with good passing.

In the 10 & Under Division, American Classic Cakes beat Terrano Taxes 28-12. The game was out of reach after the 1st quarter, and at the half American Classic Cakes had an 18-3 lead. The high scorers for the winning team were Nino Radoncic with eight and Altan Guventurk with six. The high scorer for the losing team was Joseph Medina with eight. Also contributing to the winning effort was Oscar Filipkowski with great passing.

Forest Hills – 45

In the 10 & Under Division, Forest Hills beat Illustro Trading 45-18. The high scorers for the winning team were James Loeffel with 14 and John Loeffel with eight. The high scorer for the losing team was Anjelika Rodriguez with 15. The winning team methodically built up the lead witha fast tempo and held it throughout the game. Also contributing to the winning effort was Anthony Cipri with great passing.

In the 10 & Under Division, Forest Hills beat American Classic Cakes by a score of 23-16. The high scorers for the winning team were Adam Mustafic, Dillon Beetz, and James Loeffel all with six points. he high scorers for the losing team were Beshoi Aziz with five and Nino Radoncic with four points. It was a close game until Forest Hills pulled away in the 3rd quarter and never looked back. Also contributing to the winning effort was Anthony Cipri with grerat passing.

In the 14 & Under Boys Division, Sweet Dreams beat Plastic Party Place by a final score of 30-26. The high scorers for Sweet Dreams were Damon Bryan with 12 points and Jamal Bush with four points. The high scorer for the loosing team was Michael Nunez with six points.
