Jennifer Arana-Perez won two individual events, the 50-yard freestyle (26.74s) and the 100-yard butterfly (1:03.68), and was also part of the Knights’ winning 400-free relay team along with Amanda Giordano, Megan Dawes and Chelsey Espinosa, a crew that finished the final event in a time of 4:06.13.
Dawes won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:05.58 with the Knights picking up wins in the 200-free by Gabriela Almeida (2:10.93) and in the 200-yard individual medley by Anna Lee in a time of 2:29.44.
Dawes finished in second place in the 1000-free in a time of 12:03.46 as Almeida took second in the 100-fly (1:05.03) and the 500-free (6:02.63).
Earning runner-up finishes as well for the Knights, Giordano placed second in the 200-IM (2:36.09) as Espinosa took second in the 100-free (1:01.40).
Lee and Espinosa finished second and third in the 100-yard breast stroke in respective times of 1:14.40 and 1:19.83 and Kelly Coronado claimed a third-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:24.61.
The Knights are back in the pool on November 30 and December 1 at the Ranger Invitational on the campus of Drew University in Madison, New Jersey.
