Dear Editor,

The situation with regard to North Korea is steadily worsening, and it may only be a matter of time before the U.S. and its Asian allies will have to take some form of military action to make this rogue nation realize it must stop its missile launches and negotiate some way to bring stability to the tense Korean peninsula.

Hopefully, President Donald Trump's speech before the U.N. General Assembly this week will convince the entire assemblage that all countries must work together to bring peace and stability to the Korean peninsula. The world cannot afford not to.

Sincerely,

John Amato
