Rafael Diaz of Ridgewood passed away on November 15, 2009 at the age of 82. He was the devoted father of Juan. Services were offered at Hess-Miller Funeral Home. Cremation was in Fresh Pond Crematory under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home, 64-19 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379.
