Dear Editor,

Progressives, both self-styled and genuine, can't have their cake and eat it too when it comes to protecting labor against the depredations of union-busting judges and their billionaire paymasters.

There is a manifest need for Taylor Law reform in order to ensure a level collective bargaining playing field for public sector workers. The era of ideologically driven givebacks is over and good riddance.

Consider it an unintended consequence of the Janus decision.

Sincerely,

Robert Berger

Bellerose
