By Jack Kim and David Brunnstrom SEOUL/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - North Korea's weekend rocket launch repeated earlier success rather than breaking new ground, using a nearly identical design from a 2012 launch, experts said, adding the reclusive country probably remained years from building a long-range nuclear missile. Two commuter trains crashed head-on in southern Germany on Tuesday, killing at least eight people and injuring more than 100, in one of the country's deadliest rail accidents in years. Several carriages were derailed, with blue, yellow and silver metal debris left strewn around the crash site next to a river in the southern state of Bavaria. "We have eight dead on the trains," said police spokesman Juergen Thaimeier.
