(Reuters) - The death toll from a huge fire that tore through a converted warehouse in Oakland, California during a dance party on Friday night has risen to 36, with 11 of the victims identified so far, police said on Monday. BERLIN (AP) — A train dispatcher was convicted of negligent homicide and bodily harm on Monday over his role in the collision of two commuter trains in southern Germany earlier this year that killed 12 people and injured nearly 90. He was sentenced to 3½ years in prison.
