CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — As Gov. Henrique Capriles campaigned for president of Venezuela last April, he couldn't venture more than a few steps without being hounded by dozens of sharp-elbowed cameramen and photographers. Nusa Dua (Indonesia) (AFP) - Commerce ministers capped days of hard negotiations Saturday by approving a commercial deal that the WTO hailed as a "historic" boost for the trade body and the world economy. "For the first time in our history, the WTO has truly delivered," an exhausted-looking WTO director-general Roberto Azevedo told a closing ceremony.
