In a speech aimed at calming Eurosceptic members of his ruling Conservative Party, Cameron also tried to shape his vision for his second term - to tackle poverty, inequality and offer security to build a "greater Britain".
US authorities have arrested 37 people alleged to be part of a ring that smuggled cocaine from Puerto Rico to the United States on commercial flights, the US Justice Department said Wednesday. Puerto Rico is a US commonwealth, so flights from the island to the United States would not typically go through customs. The 37 were indicted on September 30 with conspiring to smuggle cocaine and tamper with witnesses, the Justice Department said.
