MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minnesota National Guardsman and Iraq War veteran charged with fraud for allegedly stealing personal information of roughly 400 members of his former Army unit had worked in intelligence, where he likely was responsible for analyzing enemy information.
Unwanted Twitter followers can now re-tweet, like, or peer at messages in public accounts of people who have blocked them. In a move met with criticism by some who worry about being harassed by stalkers or abusers, Twitter said 'blocking' will now essentially just blind people to an unwanted follower. Prior to the update, a blocked Twitter user was barred from seeing the person's account or posts. The unwanted follower will not be notified that they are blocked, according to Twitter.
