Union flags and the Big Ben clocktower cover notebooks are seen on sale in London, BritainBy Huw Jones LONDON (Reuters) - Both sides in campaigning for Britain's European Union referendum should call an "amnesty" after making a string of misleading and bogus claims, a group of lawmakers said on Friday. It said the blasts were to avenge killings of Somalis by Ugandan troops, who were deployed to the Horn of Africa nation in 2007 as part of an African Union peacekeeping force to help defeat al Shabaab.
