The survey published on Friday showed average public inflation expectations over the next 12 months rose to 2.8 percent in November from 2.2 percent in the previous survey in August. Forty-one percent of respondents in the survey expected interest rates to rise over the next 12 months, compared with 21 percent in August.

The Zhavoronki Acrobatic Rock'n'Roll Centre will be built on the western outskirts of Moscow at a cost of 1.9 billion roubles, according to state tender documents available online, and will be funded by the municipal government. It will be the only specialized facility in the world for the sport, according to governing body the World Rock'n'Roll Confederation (WRRC).
