"‎Secretary Kerry will deliver remarks on the Iran negotiations outside the Palais Coburg at 4:30pm Vienna time this afternoon," the senior U.S. official said on condition of anonymity, referring to the 19th century hotel where the talks between Iran, the United States and five major powers are being held. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras votes at a polling station in AthensBy George Georgiopoulos and Michele Kambas ATHENS (Reuters) - Greeks voted on Sunday in a referendum that could determine their future in Europe's common currency, with banks shuttered, the treasury empty and a population desperate, angry and so deeply split that the outcome was too close to call. The referendum is officially a Yes or No vote on a bailout offer from creditors, but a 'Yes' could bring down the government of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, while European leaders say a 'No' could force a chaotic exit from the euro. The country of 11 million people is being asked whether to accept the offer which left-wing leader Tsipras rejected eight days ago.

Greece has proposed a tax amnesty in an effort to collect revenue on billions of euros that its citizens are believed to have quietly stashed in Swiss bank accounts, the NZZ am Sonntag paper reported. The plan, which still needs Greek parliamentary approval and a final accord with Switzerland, is to levy a flat 21 percent tax on such assets to make them legitimate, raising millions that the government in Athens desperately needs, the Sunday paper said, citing unidentified sources. "We welcome the fact that Greece has presented a proposal to resolve this," it quoted Mario Tuor, communications director at the Swiss state secretariat for international financial issues (SIF), as saying.
