US rapper Freddie Gibbs arrives for the start of his sexual abuse trial in Vienna on September 30, 2016US rapper Freddie Gibbs was acquitted Friday of sexually abusing a girl half his age in his hotel room after a concert in Vienna last year. The Vienna regional court gave Gibbs, 34, whose real name is Fredrick Tipton, the benefit of the doubt that he not had sex with the girl, who was 17 at the time. According to the charge sheet reported by local media, Gibbs took the alleged victim and a 16-year-old friend back to his hotel after a concert in Vienna on July 5, 2015.
