Family from Poland
January 27, 2012
To all interested,

Theo Walter, before changing his surname, used his family surname - Czeczotka, after his father Wladyslaw. My uncle's last will was that his cremation and burial in Poland took up my son, who lives in the U.S. and Josefa Walter was informed about this by mu uncle. In the last weeks of my uncle's life, even his wife refused to care for him, and for more, with a huge interest in his material goods, intended inter alia to cover his medical expenses and so-called "rainy day". Theo Walter knowing it, a week before his death made his will which contains greatly reducing his relationship with his wife and establishes my son as an executor of his last will. In this case described above, as you can notice, there is no mention of his burial place. According to his last will, he should be buried in Poland in the Zabrze city, where also his father is buried and where hios sister and his immediate family is still living. However, the so-called "loving wife", two days before his death had also taken the amount of 3000$, intended by the deceased for the purpose. At the day of Theo's death, my son has arrived to the hospital to do the last will of my uncle, unfortunately, my uncle's wife refused him right to perform this sad uncle's wishes. Consequently, my son returned to his city and Theo's wife not even informed him of the place and date of the body cremation ceremony. Attemps to comunicate with josefa Walter on the recovery of money allocated by the uncle at his own funeral in Poland and the tombstone, as yet are unanserwered. Wheras, however this sad moment for our family and for the Theo's wife , we offer our condolences to her by this way, and by the way appealing to her consience , to allow fully fulfil the last wish of her deceased husband's burial in Poland. We also want to thank you all uncle's friends, who were present at the cremation ceremony.

P.S. All information gven here and situations described are real based on talks with Theo Walter during his last moments in hospital.
