The agenda will include a Public Hearing regarding the Fiscal Year 2010 Preliminary Budget of the City of New York. The second Public Hearing relates to an application to the Board of Standards and Appeals to reopen and extend the term of variance at 1623/1625 Hancock Street in Ridgewood, and to permit a change in use from a knitting mill to an electrical contractor’s establishment in this R5B zoning district (BSA Cal. # 241-47 BZ).
Also on the Agenda are a presentation regarding the National Children’s Health Study, a presentation on Weatherization Assistance, the public forum, a review of the establishments applying for alcoholic beverage licenses, a review of proposed 2009 street festivals, and committee reports.
