Carmela “Cookie” Guzman passed away on November 19, 2008 at the age of 67. She was the beloved wife of Alberto. She was the devoted mother of Annette, Yvette, Albert, Serge and Leyda. She also survived by 12 grandchildren. Service was offered at Our Lady of The Miraculous Medal Church. Cremation was in Fresh Pond Crematory under the direction of Hess-Miller Funeral Home 64-19 Metropolitan Ave. Middle Village, NY 11379
