The Annual CYO girl’s basketball championships were held last Sunday at St. John’s Preparatory High School, concluding a long-fought playoffs and season for the Pee Wee, Novice, Bantam, Rookie and Intermediate leagues in both A and B divisions.

Fourth through eighth grade teams from all over Queens and Brooklyn met to face off in the one game final, some of which went into a heated overtime, and even double overtime finales in the case of the Our Lady Queen of Martyrs and St. Patrick Bantam League game.
