The teams traded two goals in overtime to force sudden death, where Iona’s Meghan Kellar scored the game-winner with 26 seconds left in the third overtime.
St. Francis was led by Thalia Paladino, who scored 3 goals.
After losing such a heartbreaker, the tired Terriers had nothing left in the tank against Wagner in the consolation game, falling 9-3. St. Francis finishes it’s season at 8-13.
