Dodging e-bike riders on the sidewalk is a daily annoyance. The law prohibiting sidewalk riding by bikers and e-bikers is not enforced, endangering pedestrians.
To declare a moratorium on enforcement of e-bike misuse indicates that you do not consider pedestrian safety significant. Explain, please, why the well-being of pedestrians is less important than the safety of lawbreakers?
