Stephen Hans, a labor attorney from the law firm Stephen D. Hans & Associates, P.C., was recently inducted into membership of the Advantages Chapter of BNI, which features a group of nearly two dozen business professionals who meet every Wednesday morning to share information about their craft and give business referrals. Hans, who specializes in labor law, is the chairperson of the employment law committee at the Queens County Bar Association. Each Wednesday members entertain a guest speaker who educates them on their own business. Al Pennisi will educate the group about his law firm on July 15. Chad J. Shaffer will speak about website design and corporate branding techniques on July 22. He will also speak about the best ways to give his company referrals. On July 29 Hans himself will talk about employment law.
