Last week, I recounted the wonderful 102nd Precinct’s Night Out Against Crime, but I forgot to mention a very important individual that assisted the 102nd Precinct Community Council and was in attendance that evening: our secretary Lucille Fostel of Ozone Park. Thank you, Lucille.
