The Maspeth Kiwanis Club held its weekly meeting at O’Neill’s Restaurant on February 18, which also happened to be Maspeth Kiwanis Recognition Day. The community service club recognized dozens of individuals for having perfect attendance (attending at least 75 percent of meetings and events), serving as corporate sponsors and/or chairing community events like the annual Maspeth Memorial Day Parade and Maspeth Street Festival.
