For its tennis stadium makeover, developer Cord Meyer is sparing no expense.

The company - looking to redevelop the West Side Tennis Club's historic stadium in Forest Hills - would build 12 fifth-floor duplex apartments and a pool-side spa, according to a site plan of the project obtained by the Forest Hills Times.

The top floor would also feature four lofts.

Preliminary design plans for the project, called Center Court at Forest Hills, show a total of 84 units, not 75 as first reported. They would be spread between the second and fifth floors, and take up 126,800 square-feet.

The ground floor would have a lobby, 12,000 square-feet of commercial space, two locker rooms, the spa and a swimming pool, besides a large parking garage. The lobby would face 69th Avenue.

Anthony Colletti, Cord Meyer's chief operating officer, told this paper the project would cost $50 million.
